serbian workout beast,

also known as Stipke Dejan Stipić. I'm

happy to have you here today

and yeah we will talk about some workout

stuff.

We received a lot of questions from the

community around about like 100, 150

questions

so that's really crazy. We will try to

answer quite a few of them

and, yeah for the people who don't

know Dejan he's like really

one of the craziest, yeah you're so

long in the game you have an amazing

physique,

you have like a lot of uh crazy pr's,

crazy like achievements in your career so

approaches you and you don't know this

I think that changed over the year

usually like: yeah i started at six just being, doing

usually like: like around the balkan area. I was a

usually like: for gymnastics and then

usually like: when i was done with that i transferred

usually like: more. Now more into like

usually like: What was the reason back then for you to

usually like: switch to calisthenics or street workout? -

usually like: i mean injuries most of the part,

usually like:

usually like: you know i had a lot of them and

usually like: because of the injuries and everything i

usually like:

usually like: i felt like i hit plateau you know and my limitations

usually like:

usually like: in gymnastics and to be honest i never

usually like: liked it

usually like:

usually like: you know i liked the strength aspect

usually like: of it you know muscle ups,

usually like:

usually like: how many pull-ups you can do you know

usually like: just the strength because every workout

usually like:

usually like: we did

usually like: we started, started the workout with

usually like:

usually like: strength and that's my like favorite

usually like: the freestyle you know learning the

usually like: moves, learning the skills and everything

usually like: i didn't really like

usually like: and that's how i got injured you know i

usually like: directly on my head from the high bar

usually like: and that basically was like a career

usually like: you know for me when i fell in my head

usually like: because from there on i had

usually like: phobias. As soon as you have a phobia

usually like: in gymnastics you're done you know you

usually like: can't be scared.

usually like: And then the last like year

usually like: or two in my career i really wasn't

usually like: motivated, i

usually like:

usually like: really didn't want to work out, i started

usually like: to skip classes and everything

usually like:

usually like: and before i was always like on time.

usually like: 8 a.m.,

usually like: two workouts a day, competing on the

usually like: weekends

usually like:

usually like: you know it was like that for ten years

usually like: you know like two workouts a day and

usually like:

usually like: just grinding and i didn't know anything else.

usually like: I didn't really play outside and

usually like: didn't really have friends. School was

usually like:

usually like: okay

usually like: you know but even in school like the

usually like:

teachers and everything are like: "Oh yeah

teachers and everything are like: he's an athlete" you know "let's.."

you know i was like: years i didn't go out. I didn't go for a

you know i was like: party, i didn't have beer,

you know i was like: friends like when friends like from uh

school invited me like: "hey let's go and

school invited me like: play"

or whatever i'm like: "i can't because i

or whatever i'm like: have another training
